The RAPID (Revitalising Areas through Planning Investment and Development) Programme is aimed at improving the quality of life and the opportunity available to residents of the most disadvantaged communities in Irish cities and towns. Through the programme significant resources have been available to enhance the Carrick on Suir Town Park, Hartecast were selected to provide the seating in the Town Park.
